Requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later). Intel Macs aren't supported yet.

Opening Nexus the first time takes two extra clicks. We're still completing Apple's notarization, so macOS doesn't recognise us as a known developer yet and holds the first launch:
  1. Drag Nexus into your Applications folder, then double-click it.
  2. macOS says it can't verify the developer — click Done.
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to Security, and click Open Anyway next to Nexus. Confirm with Touch ID or your password.
Nexus opens with a normal double-click from then on. This note goes away once notarization is done.
